The Silent Storytelling & Remix lesson pack gives students a fresh, hands-on way to practice narrative writing, creativity, and oral performance — without the dreaded “Why do we have to do this?” pushback.
Over 3–4 days (or as a one-day workshop), students:

✍️ Remix it – Trade storyboards and reimagine someone else’s story through writing.

The plan is indeed engaging, grounded in practical content, whilst offering the chance to momentarily escape the boredom of the classroom, if that is how you wish to play it.
I will certainly incorporate this lesson plan across my year 7 content, as we embark on a journey toward 'superb storytelling' this coming term.
