We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through ShopTeachYourClassOff.com.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, physical items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories when applicable.

Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be accepted.
Return Method
Returns are handled by mail. We do not operate a public retail storefront, and we do not accept in-person returns or drop-offs.
The business address listed on our website is provided for business correspondence and customer service purposes. Return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process an approved refund after receiving the returned item. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@teachyourclassoff.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or help you place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Digital Products, Downloads, and Online Resources
Digital products, downloadable resources, and online access products cannot be physically returned. If you have trouble accessing a digital product, receive the wrong file, experience a technical issue, or believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at hello@teachyourclassoff.com within 30 days of purchase.
We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide access to the purchased digital product or correct the issue, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
