Q: Are your products designed specifically for teachers?

A: Yes! Every product we create is designed with educators in mind, focusing on practicality, creativity, and classroom impact.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out securely through our website. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email right away.

Q: Can I customize products (like adding my name or school)?

A: At this time, we don’t offer customizations, but we’re working on adding that option in the future!

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Absolutely! We proudly offer worldwide shipping to ensure teachers everywhere can enjoy our products.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that link to track your package at any time.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also offer Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. Availability may vary by location, device, and eligibility. All available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Q: Will I be charged customs or import fees?

A: International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: We're so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
