This Payment Policy explains how payments, billing, taxes, discounts, refunds, and payment-related issues are handled for orders placed through ShopTeachYourClassOff.com.

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location, device, and payment provider availability.

We may accept payment methods such as major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment options made available through Shopify or our approved payment processors.

All available payment options will be shown before the order is completed.

Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout.

If you pay using a card, bank, or payment account issued outside the United States, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment processor may charge currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other international payment fees. These fees are not controlled by Real Rap With Reynolds LLC.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Payment information is handled by secure payment providers according to their own privacy, security, and payment processing practices.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate and complete.

When Payment Is Charged

Payment is typically authorized or charged at the time the order is placed.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized or completed.

If payment is declined, fails, is incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.

If billing information cannot be verified, we may contact the customer for additional information or cancel the order.

Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and order totals.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice.

If we discover an error in pricing, product information, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or order totals, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when necessary, contact the customer about the order.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, or other taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address, billing address, product type, and applicable law.

Any taxes charged will be shown before the order is completed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address, selected shipping method, and order details.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

Discount codes, promotions, sales, and special offers must be used according to the terms provided with the offer.

Discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Discounts cannot usually be applied after an order has already been placed unless we choose to make an exception.

Promotions and discount codes may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards, store credit, or promotional credit may be used only according to the terms provided with the offer or credit.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Fraud Prevention and Order Review

To protect our customers and business, orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention, payment verification, security, or accuracy.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment use, inaccurate billing information, payment issues, abuse of promotions, or violation of our policies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, a refund will be issued to the original payment method when appropriate.

Failed, Declined, or Incomplete Payments

If a payment is declined, fails, or remains incomplete, the order may not be processed.

Customers may need to use another payment method, update billing information, or contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider for help.

Real Rap With Reynolds LLC is not responsible for delays caused by declined payments, bank reviews, payment holds, payment provider issues, or incorrect billing information.

Payment Holds and Authorizations

Some banks, card issuers, or payment providers may place a temporary hold or authorization on a customer’s account.

Temporary holds are controlled by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may take additional time to be released.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon.

Refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

After an approved return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@teachyourclassoff.com or call +1 (856) 366-8103.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been captured, a refund will be issued to the original payment method when appropriate.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a question or issue with an order, please contact us first at hello@teachyourclassoff.com so we can help resolve the problem.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened with a bank, card issuer, or payment provider, we may provide order information, shipping information, customer communications, policy information, and other relevant documentation to respond to the dispute.

Digital Products and Online Resources

Digital products, downloadable resources, online materials, workshops, and other non-physical products may be charged at the time of purchase.

If you experience an issue accessing a digital product, receive the wrong file, or have a technical problem, please contact us at hello@teachyourclassoff.com.

Digital product issues, replacements, store credit, or refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

International Payments

International customers may be responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by banks, payment providers, carriers, or destination countries.

These charges are not controlled by Real Rap With Reynolds LLC unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

Online-Only Payments

The Teach Your Class Off Collection is an online store. We do not operate a public retail storefront.

Payments for online orders must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout unless another payment arrangement is specifically offered by Real Rap With Reynolds LLC.
